If you have received a negative immigration decision, we can review it with you and explain your options. Applications for Leave and Judicial Review, including applications for mandamus when a file has been delayed for an unreasonable time, are decided by the Federal Court of Canada, where only a lawyer licensed by a Canadian law society can represent you. For these cases, our in-house lawyer represents you, and we help prepare the information and documents your case needs. Deadlines are strict: generally 15 days after a decision made in Canada and 60 days after a decision made outside Canada.
